February 2012 Artist: Shavaun Pizar
Shavaun Pizar is an abstract photographer and collage montage artist. Born in the Midwest, she spent her formative years in the wooded areas of NJ. We’re guessing this helped to inspire her eye for the abstract. Have you ever been to the wooded areas of NJ? If so, you know what we mean.

Join us and our musical resident Karyn Kuhl in February. Karyn is the former singer, guitarist for critically acclaimed psychedelic punk band Sexpod. For her residency at D’s, she’ll bring a more intimate, acoustic selection of music. Come and check out her songs of love, loss, mournful remembrance and transformation.

Soul Full Open Stage
We’re expanding our Open Stage to six (count ‘em 6!) days a week from 10AM-3PM. Any day (except Sunday) musicians are invited to get up and play on our li’l stage. No amps. No mics. No pressure. Do you have a song to sing? Come on by.
