Friends. As you may have heard, the building that houses our li'l cafe suffered a terrible electrical fire on New Year's Day. While everyone is OK, the building is (for lack of a better word) fucked. The fire is thought to have started in the ceiling of the bathroom just above the cafe. It spread quickly thru the walls of the building. While there was no fire in our place, the smoke and water damages were pretty severe. We have no idea how long we'll be outta commission. There's not much we can do but wait.
Now comes the time of inspections and claims.
