With a return to the northeast for his family and documentary work with the NBA, Knicks, Rangers and (presently) the NY Giants, filmmaker, editor and producer Michael Collins has been a “good & loyal” neighbor in Hoboken for 7 years now. He loves the quaint, small neighborhood feel Hoboken provides, while still offering such accessibility to the hustle & bustle of NYC.
His two passions in life are basketball & music and he favors an eclectic mix of folk, rock, country and blues. In addition to strumming his acoustic guitar whenever and wherever he can, Michael has played at The Black Duck in Westport, CT with his brother for the past 5 years. He is honored to switch things up and now be playing for his fellow Hobokenites!
These days, Michael’s set list includes a wide array of covers, featuring favorites from Bob Dylan to Bob Marley. No matter your taste, he’s sure to have sounds you’ll dig.
